Our home has everything you need: kitchen with all the cooking essentials, two dining tables with seating for everyone, multiple sitting areas, cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor gas grill, please clean the grill if you use it, thanks! Endless entertainment with each room themed! Large TVs in living rooms and master bedroom including a 30 inch tv and Nintendo 64 in upstairs bunk room. Disney+ is provided for all TVs and we have a huge collection of Nintendo 64 and Xbox One games for your choosing. Skee Ball in the Star Wars Room! Foosball, pop a shot in the Utah Jazz Room! This is a great place to have up to 16 people stay! Other things to note - WE ARE LOCATED DIRECTLY SOUTH OF A DOG BOARDING BUSINESS. At certain times of the day and night you can hear the dogs barking from inside of our home. To mitigate this noise during evening/sleep hours we have provided white noise sound machines in all of our bedrooms which significantly help as well as ear plugs if needed. - We do allow one pet in our home, and our dog boarding neighbor will provide a discount should you need their services. - Due to industrial area of the home we do have many businesses near us including auto salvage yards and an oil refinery. - ONLY TOILET PAPER CAN BE FLUSHED IN BASEMENT BATHROOM! DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products or other items down toilets as this can get stuck in the sump pump and cause major plumbing issues resulting in loss of damage deposit. Basement pumps sewage out by sump pump that is very expensive to service and replace! If the electricity goes out please notify us right away! - Security cameras are located on front porch, above garage door, west side of home, and inside garage for guest safety and protection of our home. NO cameras inside of home. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR UNPLUG THE CAMERAS AS THIS WILL RESULT IN $250 CHARGE. - There are no main floor bedrooms or shower access, only the queen pullout and 1/2 bath. - Portion of booking proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation in memory of our daughter McKensie.
