The house has a very open plan aspect between the huge kitchen and living areas, making it a very sociable environment which is perfect for groups to relax, have fun and enjoy. The lounge area attached to the kitchen has a large comfortable sofa which can easily fit up to 8 people, and the 120-inch cinema screen with HD Projector hosts Sky(including Sky Sports and BT Sports), Netflix, Amazon Prime, , Disney + and more. Full surround sound system perfect for movie nights or watching sports events. There is a large dining table seating 8 guests comfortably. All 4 bedrooms are large and have comfortable beds - 1 is super king sized, 2 are double and 2 are single. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower. The cinema room has a double sofa bed. The family bathroom has a bath. There is a third bathroom with fitted double shower downstairs. There is also a laundry room where the washing machine and tumble dryer can be used if required. All bedrooms have TVs with Sky, Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime. There is a large balcony to the front of the property with outdoor seating. The balcony attracts sun all day and is perfect for a glass of wine or alfresco dining for up to 8 in the evening. There is a decked garden to the rear of the property. Please also note the upper part of the garden is out of use at this time. NO LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES. Guest access: You will have use of the entire place and secure parking for up to 2 cars.
