Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. You are close to everything Sugarloaf has to offer. You are near the hiking/biking/walking trails and Flagstaff Lake is just 7 miles away if you love paddle boarding/swimming/kayaking. Sugarloaf offers many more outdoor activities from weddings, to chairlift rides, to guided tours so lets makes this your summer destination and enjoy lots of outdoor activities for you and the kids. The space Condo is located in the popular Snowbrook Village on Sugarloaf Mountain. Featuring a nice kitchen, with an open concept living room and wood burning fireplace, the condo has two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You'll have access to the indoor pool and tennis courts on site. Bedrooms consist of two twins, two twins and a king bedroom which has its own bathroom. Guest access Guests has access to the whole condo. Other things to note We work really hard to make sure you have a good experience while vacationing at one of our properties. We strive for 5 star reviews and appreciate the fact that Airbnb allows a “private feedback” section where you can let us know your concerns in a private format. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
