At an elevation of over 4,200 ft., you are above it all in an unmatched location. Perfect place to escape and try to be unplugged ! This light and bright, spacious guest suite offers many unique features and a view that is ever changing and totally amazing! With over 600 square feet on the inside and a spacious, covered deck overlooking Blue Valley, (with 50-70 mile views) this comfortable, private space will be perfect for a romantic weekend, girl's trip or "feel safe" as a single get -away. The guest suite has a private stairway on the outside of the house ,allowing a totally private entrance. Digital lock allows for self check in. The large 600 square foot + guest suite is accessible only to you! Owners residence is the main house and decks are separated by the hot tub deck. Digital lock on the stair side of the suite offers self check in. We are available almost immediately by phone or text for any questions or situations. Usually text works best. Situated on over 10 acres with wildlife and national forest around us, it would be hard to call this a neighborhood. We are walking distance to the Bartram Trail and other hiking. Only 5 miles to downtown Highlands with wonderful restaurants, shopping, the Greenway, The Bascom Art Center, Highlands Nature Center, Historical Society, Performing Arts Center, Highlands Playhouse/Movie Theatre and Rec Park with amazing INDOOR pool, Gym, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, picnic areas and RECYCLING CENTER! We are 6 miles from the amazing Highlands Aerial Park. In winter, the tubing in Scaly Mountain is only 3 miles away and the ice rink in downtown Highlands is only 5 miles away. There is always so much to do. OR, just enjoy the view and chill! Car is necessary, no Uber in area or taxis. Due to our private location, our satellite internet can occasionally be slow, at which time, please enjoy the seclusion, nature, occasional roaming wildlife and the VIEW. Rosewood guest suite and main house is located on a lovely country lane (gravel road), it is a gentle grade and our private driveway is almost level and also gravel. Upon approaching the house, it is best to go up the circular drive. Please do not park in front of the garage.
