Bring your family to 107 LightHouse that has been recently renovated to offer a high level of comfort for families and long stay business travellers. Relax in the warmth of a home stay while maintaining adequate privacy for all guests across the 4 bedrooms we let out. Locality The house is in a quiet residential colony close to Satpur Industrial area (5 mins), Sula Vineyards(20mins). This is a ground floor bedroom with adjoining room, verandah and garden access, kitchen & common space. The space The “Lilac” bedroom is the larger of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor . Booking just the “Lilac” room allows guest exclusive access to it and an adjoining living room space. The covered verandah , kitchen , primary living room could be shared by other guests on the ground floor ( who may have booked the 2nd “Grey” bedroom ) Guest access There are 2 entrance doors to the ground floor - 1 is the primary main door for access to the entire house and the other garden side door is usually used for guests living in any of our ground floor bedrooms. Both the ground floor bedrooms have an extra adjoining room space which is exclusive access for guests booking any of the 2 ground floor bedrooms. Common spaces like the ground floor living room , kitchen and verandah may be shared Incase 2 different groups book each of the 2 bedrooms . During your stay I have a caretaker who lives in the outhouse and is available 8am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. He can also prepare meals if informed before. He will share the menu and timings for order. Kindly be polite to him and adhere to timings so that he can manage other guests who might be staying in the villa.
