Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and for any damage or injuries during the stay. ⸻ Guest access Entire Bungalow Other things to note Other things to note 🌟 • 📺 Our Smart TVs have Netflix and Prime Video installed – just log in with your own accounts to start watching. • 🐾 No unregistered guests or pets, please – only the guests on the booking are allowed to stay or visit. • 🛏 The cottage includes some feather pillows and duvets – if you have allergies, this is worth noting. • 🔥 Gas fire pit: The gas fire-pit has now been replaced (6th Feb 2026) with a low-smoke log fire pit 🔥 😊 (logs and kindling can be purchased from the local garage 100 yards away) • 🌿 Gardener & hot tub maintenance: our gardener visits once a week and may attend during your stay to tend the patio and garden. We may also need brief access to check hot tub chemicals and filters to keep it clean and safe for you. • 🌡 The house has smart thermostats in each room, and the temperature is set between 18–22°C to keep the space comfortably warm. • 🔥 Log burner: we do not supply logs or kindling for the log burner. These can be easily purchased nearby, including from the garage just a 2-minute walk away. • 👶 We have 1 travel cot and 1 high chair available. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. • 🧻 As this is a self-catering home, we provide a starter supply of essentials: • A few toilet rolls in each bathroom • Kitchen roll in the kitchen These are to get you started – for longer stays, you may need to top up your own supplies if you run out.
