Central to everything, including the ARGO mines, restaurants and a recreation center! Great for Executive’s or a sabbatical. Evelyn: two bedroom, 1 bath, 10' ceilings, laundry room/ mud room Bedroom 1- all velvet Pottery barn curtains to create a cozy space. The ceilings are high, 10' actually, with cozy bedding, down comforters and candles. Walk in closets with hangers to make sure you have enough storage for luggage. Bedroom 2- Pottery Barn Queen bed walk in closet, dresser Bathroom- shower and tub for littles if you have children or an infant. Plenty of storage and built in bathroom linen closet for linens and toiletries Breakfast- you will LOVE cooking and baking at Evelyn. She has brand new pots and pans and all the essentials. Coffee? We have you covered. We offer our Nespresso machine and coffee pods. We also have a coffee machine if you prefer. Please note: Baking The oven inside is clean but it does have a gray film that can’t be removed. It looks dirty, but rest assured it is clean. Lunch and dinner? Oh, just walk out our back door, take a right in the alley and a left and you have an entire downtown to enjoy! My FAVORITE- Westbound Down! Amazing coffee in the mornings or afternoons and evening- enjoy their restaurant with amazing fried green tomatoes, hamburgers, signature drinks. Exercise? Oh no worries, walk to the recreation center to enjoy a swim or workout and then sit in the recreation centers hot tub. We LOVE it for our kids.
