Small air-conditioned house and completely renovated in 2021–2022 with internet. It is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the beautiful sites of the region (Beauval 35 minutes away), Château de la Loire and Center Parcs. The accommodation is composed of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom upstairs with toilet. Guests can also enjoy a garden (sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture). Capacity: - ideal for a family of 3/4 people The space On the ground floor: - A main room with an equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo, toaster, kitchenware and dishwasher. - A sitting area, a TV. - A bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and toilet. Upstairs (spiral staircase): - A family room with a 140 x 190 bed - A sofa bed - A TV - Wardrobe with hangers - A toilet area with sink.
