Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings at our cottage along the Napa River featuring: vineyard views, river access, remodeled master bathroom and kitchen, king size bed, air conditioning, two car garage, washer/dryer, fire pit, and bonus room and additional full bathroom downstairs. Located in the famous Carneros region of Napa, enjoy biking, hiking, wine tasting, and boating. We are a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Napa and 100 yards from the Cuttings Wharf Boat Launch. The space Upstairs space of approximately 800 square feet includes the living room/TV area, back deck overlooking mountains and vineyards, the master bedroom, and a fully remodeled master bath and kitchen. Downstairs has an extra room and second full bathroom, two-car garage, and washer and dryer for your use. Upstairs and Downstairs has total of 1114 sq ft. The back of the property has a sitting area and fire pit where you can also enjoy the vineyard views. Guest access Full private access to the entire cottage and property. Other things to note We expect any guests to completely respect our property and neighborhood - this is a quiet area and we like to keep the space clean and tidy.
