An etched glass door welcomes you into the newly remodeled suite that features central A/C, new tile floors throughout, eclectic decor and repurposed wood furnishings . . . a truly unique hideaway. Bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, antique furniture, ceiling fan and an extra A/C window unit providing extra cool comfort. The large bathroom is paneled with repurposed wood, has a large vanity and is super clean. The living space has leather reclining loveseat sofa, a Roku TV for you to sign in & stream your favorite shows, a kitchenette with island bar and 2 stools, 10 cubic ft refrigerator, microwave and convection oven. The lanai has a Weber gas grill, high top bistro table, 2 bar stools, clean brick pavers with a seaside decor. Located 6 miles to the beach and the river waterfront.
