Our remodeled 5-bedroom home affords plenty of space and amenities to cook and entertain at home, with toys, air hockey table, and 3 TVs. (No Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Each naturally lit bedroom offers comfort and rest, with three rooms featuring room-darkening curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep—and two equipped with TVs for added relaxation. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and includes coffee and tea options, perfect for starting your morning while watching the sunrise. The spacious living area is ideal for family time, featuring Roku TV, recliners,, and games and toys for the kids. Be sure to share the Wi-Fi password so everyone can stay connected! Don’t forget to sneak away to the laundry room for a quick game of air hockey—it's the perfect way to pass the time between loads or unwind in the evening. Step outside to take in views of the valley while relaxing on patio furniture. The extra-large parking area accommodates multiple vehicles or RVs, and the fully fenced backyard offers space to play with added privacy and peace of mind in our quiet, safe neighborhood. Guest access Everything is 100% accessible to our guests! Other things to note 9 Things to Know Before You Go: - Our house rules are simple. No smoking, no parties, no pets. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am - Since our vacation rental is exclusive to our guests, our cancellation policy cannot refund late-notice cancellations or cancellations due to illness, missed flights, or family emergencies, etc. We strongly encourage every guest to get affordable travel insurance if any of these are a potential concern. - We ask our guests to remove their shoes and avoid eating or drinking in the carpeted areas. - We’re happy to welcome your friends and family over to visit while you stay with us. Just let us know if you’re planning on doing so before they arrive. We do charge a $20 fee per person per day for visitors that spend the night, exceeding 5 guests, or are not disclosed before visiting. City ordinance does not allow us to host more than 10 guests. - We strongly recommend you download the Airbnb app to your smart device before traveling. All our communication will be through the Airbnb messenger. Messages can be tedious to manage over email so the app is recommended. - Roku TV and streaming apps are available for sign-in! Please don’t forget to log out before departing to avoid accidental charges from the next guests! - Lawn care maintenance may occur during your stay! Please expect our maintenance partners to service the lawn (front and back) any time between 9am and 7pm during the growing season. We’ll do our best to notify you when services are scheduled. - The first aid kit will be in the upstairs linen closet. The fire extinguisher will be under the kitchen sink. - Unlike hotels, vacation homes like ours are managed by individual staff and vendor partners and will undergo lengthy cleaning processes after you depart. Please help our maintenance team by following the checkout steps and putting your trash out for collection during your stay. We’ll send you a reminder for both.
