Executive home with Island Views, Central Location

Island Views is our dream home built after many years of hard work and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! We have decided to share our home while we take time to travel in our caravan before its too late. Our home truly is made for relaxing...located in Ocean Ridge Estate overlooking the magnificent Keppel Bay and The Keppel Islands. The massive deck begs you to sit, relax and enjoy your company and dining while taking in the many canvases the horizon offers every day. Check out the pics. The space Upon entering you will immediately be welcomed by the coastal Luxe Décor. Full Kitchen open air style living and takes the meaning of inside out living to the next level. In the Master "Parents Retreat", slide the pocket door shut and you have an Exclusive, Fully Airconditioned space with large Walk In, Bath with Views, Double Shower, Double Lava Stone Sinks, King Sized Bed with views out over the Islands , there is also a Remote Control Blind and direct access to the Huge Deck. The second Airconditioned Bedroom is also HUGE with a Massive Closet, Quality Finishes and a Queen Sized Bed with close access to the second Separate Toilet and Again Huge Bathroom with large Shower, Large Lava Stone Sink and all with Floor to Ceiling Tiles. The 3rd bedroom (also Airconditioned) is still a Generous Size with Big Closet, Book Shelf, Reading Chair and another Queen Sized Bed. Open the double Sliding Pocket Doors to The Airconditioned Media Room where it has a Large Flat Screen TV on the wall, a Large Pull Out Sofa and Blackout Blinds to double from another bedroom to a great spot to take in a movie. The Huge Kitchen area is centred around the Midnight Arora Granite Benchtop Island with Breakfast Bar, Gas Cooking, lots of Appliances and Cutlery to entertain the Family or Guests. The Large 2 Car Garage enters to the Well Equipped Laundry, or through the Pocket Door to the Entry Way. All ceilings are 2550mm giving a more spacious feel and open air living. Main Living space is cooled by the breezes off the ocean through the oversized sliding doors...rarely if it is still close up and turn on the air con in the media room to cool this space. All in all we are sure you will enjoy our little piece of Paradise. Guest access Guests have access to the ENTIRE Home, Garage and there is a place to store a boat. The 5 Bay Shed at the back, and the underneath of the home has been utilized by us to slowly eradicate our JUNK :-) Dogs can run around the fully fenced area of the home and have access for small dogs through the Doggy Door. The area behind the shed we will keep for our 2 small dogs on the odd occasion we may be home living in a Caravan/Shed next to the shed...we promise we are friendly and don't bite. Other things to note This is our home, and is now being shared with you to enjoy our part of paradise. On the odd occasion we may be on the property in the Van, we are very sociable if you wish, or we will be as Quiet as Church Mice, whichever you prefer. We do have a great knowledge of the area and are quite happy to share the best spots. We appreciate your care and attention to our home, and please let us know if there are any maintenance issues.
