Relax and unwind at this rural location within walking distance of local amenities such as shop, Fish and Chip shop and award winning Pub. The property has three bedrooms : Master with en-suite and Twin room and second double. It has bathroom, kitchen,lounge, sunroom w/patio area, use of BBQ at extra cost. Please note patio area is open ended The property is newly built to a high standard, there however is some surrounding building materials at the property which is reflected in the price The space The property is now owned and lived in by the managers son but is available with full use except the garage as he can stay locally when booked. There are 3 bedrooms, one double king with ensuite, one standard double and a twin There is an option to use a sofa bed also. The property has ample parking. But please park the field side and we would appreciate being asked if more than two vehicles. There is still to the right of the property some building materials etc which is what we mean by the remanence of building, sand wheelbarrow wood. The property doesn’t look onto this but we just wanted to say There is optional use of has bbq with extra charge of £10, which we would appreciate left in cash, as cost of gas has gone up a lot. .which would need to be booked beforehand This is village of Woolsery, EX39 5QS Guest access there is drive to the left of the property all behind big gates which we would prefer shut if at all possible. We would prefer to be notified if more than two vehicles. Other things to note The washing machine is not very big and not really suitable for family loads .and we no longer provide washing powder/liquid The garage is not included in the let but the recycling bins are in there and guest are welcome to hang wet clothes there but please be aware that the owner also needs to use. There is no wifi at present
