The studio is located on the garden level of a three story residential house. I occupy the two floors above the studio and do not share your space with you at all. PLEASE NOTE: the space has been fully soundproofed, however, as this is a small, historic (albeit newly renovated) house, you may still hear some footsteps, kitchen noise etc. I cannot hear anything from your space unless there is shouting or very loud music playing directly at the top of the staircase behind the TV. There is 43 inch 4K TV. I provide Netflix but you can also sign into your own Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc account through the Smart Remote. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle, french press etc.) and bar cart (cocktail shaker, ice trays, ice bucket, glasses etc). Guest access You and only you will have access to your room (unless there is some unforeseen emergency or power outage etc.) in which case I will contact you first before entering.
