Studio Rm/Ensuite Bath/Priv Entry/Near Train&Town

Why choose us? We are 2 blocks to Police Station, 10-min walk to the train/8 min to town, 15 min to SFO. The bed has plush sheets & blanket, luxury spread, heated mattress pad & dual controls, & pillows-each different to offer max choices for sleeping comfort. The room has the newest version of Keurig coffee bar, smart TV, fridge, bistro seating, new windows & solid-core doors for quiet, key pad locks, wood floors, private entrance & bath, freshly painted walls, & dedicated electric circuits. The space IMPORTANT QUICK SYNOPSIS: I have two Airbnb rooms. This room is called the Tiger Room, and is a little bigger than the other room and has a private ensuite bathroom, high-speed Internet, King-size bed, bistro seating, Mini fridge, microwave, newest Keurig, and toaster. The coffee bar comes equipped with coffee K-cups, teas, sugar, half n half, stirrers, and cups with lids. The Airbnb rooms are very private; they have their own entry door, and are separate from the rest of the house. The Room has hardwood floors, a private ensuite bath, big white fluffy towels, a "smart TV," lots of light from two windows, heated mattress pad, WiFi, really comfortable bed, pillows of all types including down, a ceiling fan, 6 feet of hanging space in the closet, quality clothes hangers, one large empty chest of drawers with six drawers, one empty tall chest, and two empty bedside chests. Here’s what’s unique about my rooms: it's considered a studio room, because you have many features of a regular kitchen. I have provided bistro seating in the room, along with a large mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, disposable flatware, dishware, paper plates, glasses, wine glasses, napkins, ceramic mugs and disposable coffee cups, and various accoutrements. With all that, you should be able to enjoy private breakfasts, and reheated leftovers from all the restaurants you’ve visited. The backyard is available to lounge in, enjoy a meal, visit with other guests, or enjoy some alone time. There are several tables, chase lounges, and comfy chares. There's a chiminea for a heat fixture. The house is 4 blocks from downtown, 5 blocks (10-minute walk) from the Caltrain Train Station, and 5 blocks to the bus. San Carlos is 30 minutes from San Francisco and San Jose. Another unique feature is that I speak Italian pretty fluently, having lived in Siena, Italy, and will be glad to translate for any Italian guests. Sorry, I find children under 12 are not suitable for this space. So, please, not children under 12. Guest access Guests have access to their bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, and backyard with tables and lounging furniture. There is no kitchen access, therefore, no access to a stove or oven. When I am in town, guests have access to washer and dryer. Other things to note I have central heating, and have ceiling fans in all the rooms except the kitchen and living room. I provide throws for the bed, and electric mattress pads to help warm up the bed, if you like. The house sits on 5/8 acre. There are several places to eat in the backyard; when the weather is nice you can use them as often as you like. Long-term guests whose bookings are over 4 weeks will cover the cost of room cleanings - $40. The rooms and bedding need to be cleaned every 2 to 3 weeks. So, for example, if a guest books for 4-6 weeks, the room needs to be cleaned once during their stay. The $40 will not show as part of the booking cost when the room is booking. Payment is made directly to the host.
