Airy Single Level Unit in Woden Valley

Recently built light filled unit with Smart TV with Netflix and well equipped kitchen including DishDrawer dishwasher. All hours check in with key safe. Street facing front entrance and sliding doors at the rear which open onto a timber deck for your personal use. Short walk to Southlands Shopping Centre which includes great restaurants and Asian and Middle Eastern specialty food shops. The space The unit is single level with a small, single step at the front door. There are steps in the link to the main residence although guests need not ascend these (but feel free to store bulky items there if you wish). Guest access Guest have the entire use of the unit and the deck which overlooks the backyard. A section of the backyard in front of the deck has been marked out with pots for your use. Other things to note Please advise if the double sofa bed is to be made up on arrival. Although it is very comfy as is, if you like a firm mattress, we will add an extra comfy memory foam mattress topper which is more to our family's liking. The use of the sofa bed is best for family groups as it is located in the living room and hence offers little privacy for its users. Although blockout window coverings are fitted to all the sliding doors and lower windows, it is not possible to eliminate morning light entering the living room through the high feature windows so please take note if you intend to have guests on the sofa bed who may be sensitive to morning light.
