This listing is for one townhouse, which is situated on the corner of a row with a single shared wall. The unit is three stories and about 1500 square feet. Featuring upgraded touches such as solar power, Fiber, blackout custom window shades, and a water softener. The first floor has a two-car garage and a cozy single bedroom. The bedroom features a queen bed with storage. A staircase leads up to the main living area on the second floor, which has a kitchen, dining room, living room, small powder room, and two balconies. *NOTE - this unit has 2 sets of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible* The third floor features a King and Queen suite and laundry. The spacious King suite features a memory foam bed, both down alternative pillows & comforter, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. *NOTE - there is a sliding barn door between the bathroom and bedroom.* Across the hall from the King suite is the Queen suite, which is a tiny oasis. The bedroom has a Queen Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, down alternative pillows & comforter, a walk-in closet, and a small desk for a workspace nook. There is baby gear and extra linens in the closet for guest use. The adjoining bathroom has a bathtub with a modern farmhouse feel. In the connecting hallway, there is a stacked washer and dryer with a linen closet equipped with laundry detergent. The living room on the second floor features modern furniture, a 55” LED Smart TV and sound bar. The dining room has seating for 6 and is open to the living room. The open kitchen has a waterfall Quartz countertop and Bosch stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, French door fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. A Keurig machine with coffee pods is available to you during your stay. A reusable K-cup coffee filter is also available if you prefer to bring ground coffee. The rear balcony also houses an infrared natural gas grill. The townhouse is located downtown and is just a block from the 900 South TRAX station, which provides easy access to Main Street restaurants, City Creek Mall, the University of Utah and Salt Lake City International Airport. Easy freeway access allows for quick commutes to Park City and the surrounding canyons. Within just a block walk, there are two coffee shops, a donut shop, a cookie shop, two breweries, two bars, seven restaurants and two food trucks. The Downtown Farmers Market is held on Saturday mornings in Pioneer Park and is a walkable 0.7 miles away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole townhouse. There is a small grassy area in the back of the complex that is accessible if needed. There is both free street-side parking in the front of the townhouse as well as a two car garage attached for ample parking. Other things to note 1. This is a private townhouse, a corner unit with a single shared wall. 2. There is no backyard entertainment area. 3. There are two staircases, the two main bedrooms are on the third floor. This may be difficult for elderly or young children. Please review all photos and listing info prior to booking. 4. There is no full bath on the first floor. The closest bathroom for the first-floor bedroom is on the second floor, and the closest shower is on the third floor. The first-floor bedroom is much smaller as well. Please keep this in mind in regard to group size, as some people may be less eager to use the 3rd bedroom. 5. In the winter, the downstairs bedroom does stay cooler than the rest of the house. There is a space heater available. Keep this in mind for booking groups larger than 4 guests in the winter. 6. The townhouse is in a growing area of the city, expect some construction in the area. The front of the townhouse faces a city street. The windows, when fully closed, insulate sound but expect some city noises. 7.
