Located in tree lined neighborhood, there are several great restaurants, cafes, and a little corner grocer/beer store within walking distance. Four bedrooms comfortably sleeps 7, three bathrooms with a shower & clawfoot soaking tub. The space Four bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom 1: queen bed Bedroom 2: futon bed (also has an office desk) Bedroom 3: single bed Bedroom 4: trundle twin bed - pull out bed as second twin option Two bathrooms in second floor (one with tiled shower, one with bath) and one bathroom on first floor (with bath and shower). Basement with children’s toys and swings. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property: the entire house including a well stocked kitchen, and the backyard patio. Other things to note Two of the bedrooms are kids' rooms, but can accommodate adults. One room has a twin bed, and the other has a trundle twin bed. The trundle bed can technically sleep two but is VERY tight, so we have listed our house as sleeping six.
