We subscribe to a monthly pest and mosquito service, but depending on the time of year and weather conditions, that does not guarantee a bug will not make an appearance during your stay. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside the home. IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.
