The space The home includes 1,000 square feet of living room (TV w/Roku, Hulu, Netflix etc.) with a wood burning stove, two bedrooms (1 full & 1 twin bed) & 1 ½ baths, full eat in kitchen, screened in front porch ideal for eating breakfast, along with a porch swing & rocking chair to watch life roll by in Greenport. The backyard is private & fully fenced. This yard includes lovingly curated gardens including fig trees, roses & many native plants. You’ll enjoy sitting under the vine-wrapped pergola taking in the tranquil surroundings. The outdoor shower provides the ideal setting to enjoy air, sun & water - the way nature intended. You’ll notice mosaics peppered throughout the property…these were created by the host in the picassiette tradition of using broken plates, cups & teapots. The location is simply unbeatable, it is quiet yet in the heart of the village. Guest access Entire house. One parking space directly out front of the house + off street parking in the driveway.
