The space The chalet is made entirely of solid wood from Finland. It has a living area of 125 m2. It has a 45m2 garage and a 45m2 terrace, also facing south, overlooking the Pyrenees mountain range and the Font Romeu solar oven. Downstairs, it consists of a living room with a TV area - Wi-Fi, Canal+ channels, etc. - and a fireplace area, a dining area and a separate kitchen. Also downstairs, you will find a bedroom with its independent bathroom - shower and bathtub - and an independent toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms, one of which overlooks a south-facing balcony, with its own separate bathroom - shower and bathtub - and a toilet. - with two twin beds. The chalet is 1.5 km from two supermarkets (Super U and Lidl) at the roundabout at the entrance to the village of Egat when coming from Toulouse or Spain.
