Welcome to Amy Village! A lovely and quiet home away from home for the young and active. This small and cute tropical residence sets between the comfort and facilities of a proper residence while maintaining a community aspect of a village. Ideal for mid-to-long-term, solo travelers, remote workers or digital nomads who want to have a base in Koh Samui, connect with others and open a new chapter in their lives. Close to Muay Thai training camps, the beach, supermarket, local food markets. The space Amy Village is composed essentially of apartments located in houses. One house may have 2 to 3 apartments (see other listings). The atmosphere is kept peaceful and quiet as most residents are either remote workers/digital nomads. Everyone pays attention to the noise they make so that all can enjoy both working hours and leisure hours. Amenities include: - Swimming Pool - Coworking Space 24/7 - Little Cafe Management is present on the property so issues can quickly be responded to. *This is not a party hostel, where parties or other events are organized by the pool. Guest access Guest have access to their whole apartment within the house the apartment is located at. Complimentary facilities include the swimming pool, gym, co-working space, the reception, and parking area. Please note that residents are not allowed to have their own guests living on premises if the same people were not present on the day of check in. For any other extra circumstances (i.e. family visiting.etc), the management needs to be advised and approve every stay. Thank you. Coworking Space Residents have 24/7 access to the coworking space. Visitors must have a pass. Parking 1) Free Motorcycles, scooter or bicycle parking on property 2) No available car parking. For car parking please keep the car outside of the property (the nearby supermarket has a big parking area that could accommodate car parking) Other units This is one unit out of 16 in Amy Village, if you want to explore more options, feel free to visit my profile Other things to note 1) Room security deposit = 3,000 THB Paid in cash on property and returned at the end after the room's inspection is complete. We also have a price chart for broken/damaged items included in your room so you don't have any surprises should there was any broken items. 2) All Electricity charge and water are included. However, as we are trying to be sustainable and contribute to a greener Earth, the electricity is limited to 10 units per day so that the consumption per person is sustainable and reasonable. This unit number is a higher average from what we have recorded over the last 5 years. What happens if you go over? Don't worry, we won't simply cut it! You will just pay an additional fee for the difference (the Price is 7.5 THB per unit). There are many ways that you use electricity in a sustainable manner, including: turning off air conditioning when you leave your room, or closing your windows when you've turned on the air conditioning. Small efforts over time usually lead to big results for our beautiful planet. At any point in time you can ask us what is your consumption thus far and we'll be happy to give you an update :) 3) You can request housekeeping during your stay for 500 thb per cleaning, as a service. The cleaning includes a complete change of all linens and the cleaning of every rooms in the apartment. Alternatively, you can borrow some of our cleaning tools to clean and tidy up your room.
