Bring the whole family to our waterfront property with lots of room for fun. Easy access to the lake with beachfront. Local boat ramp for launching. Pet friendly. Firepit for campfires. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Step in shower for convenience. Paddleboat, canoe and kayaks for use at your own risk. Docks and deck for your leisure. It's a beautiful place to escape to, create new memories with family. JULY & AUGUST BOOKINGS FRIDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY, 6-7 NIGHT MINIMUM. The space Blankets and pillows are provided. You Must bring your own bedsheets and pillow slips. Please do not remove mattress and pillow protectors. Some towels and kitchen towels are provided . There is No air conditioning available. There are some ceiling and portable fans. Guest access You have access to all of the house except crawlspace. Do not adjust the electrical panel. There is a hot tub but unfortunately not for rentals. Owners motorized watercraft is not for use due to insurance restrictions. Other things to note Please do not leave pets unattended, limit of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on neighbors property and you must poop and scoop. You are responsible for any damage your pet may cause to the cottage. If you attempt to unlock the hot tub cover and break the latch, you will have to pay to replace the hot tub cover. Please make sure all garbage is contained in latched garbage cans. Do not use woodstove insert in the cottage. Only use wood stored near firepit for campfires and keep all campfires contained, no large bonfires, and watch for any firebans. No Fireworks Allowed. When leaving the cottage please close and lock all windows and doors. Please replace all watertoys to their place at the end of your stay.
