Queen bed on first level and queen bed in the loft and must climb a short ladder to get there. Free washer/dryer. This house is 12x12 feet and it is about minimal lifestyle and people love it! Find happiness in the little and simple things in life, disconnect from the city! This is like safe camping but in a tiny house with a nice queen bed in the loft and queen on the first level. This house has lots of new things- the floor, good A/C and heater, air filtration, kitchen sink and shower and restroom are all new. In the summer it has a Pool with a large covered deck / party deck with fridge and karaoke! We also have 2 awesome KAYAKS!! you can use them at your own risk but please tell me first before you take them :) Fun and simple and adventurous tiny house, perfect for people that don’t need much and simply need a fun safe place to sleep and shower after exploring the city or after swimming here and cooking out. It’s also a nice country get-away with a friend or partner :) Just come to relax and have fun any time. This is a clean and solid brick tiny house with a very good price when you look at everything you get for the low price. (you get a pool, party deck with karaoke! privacy, large yard, big trees, pond and fountain, laundry, pet friendly, no noisy neighbors or crazy people or dangerous parking lots like some hotels) and perfect for a couple that need a simple weekend getaway. Too much to list! Please look on your gps to see :) This neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the neighbors are not very close to this property. Parking here is easy and roomy and you can park right in front of your house or under a tree to get some shade :) My house is in the same property away and far from this rental house. We respect and give you privacy and we are not nosy :) There’s other Airbnb guests across the big property just like yourself and I only accept guests that I can trust and have good reviews and/or they have to be approved and accepted by me. I’ve never had trouble with my awesome guests so please don’t be shy and say hi to them and go ahead and get in the pool or take turns with the other guests. It’s never crowded here and never uncomfortable I promise. It’s a very friendly and fun environment and with pure respect for each other :)
