Modern in Wallingford - Spring Sale

This a completely renovated apartment in a great neighborhood. It is a modern and bright 450 square foot unit with high quality linens and a very comfortable queen sized bed. All finishes and furnishings were carefully selected by a designer. There is high speed wifi and a very comfortable full sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, a combo microwave/convection oven, a stove top and a dishwasher. There is a coin operated washer dryer in the building. Guest access There is some assigned parking available on site. When it is not available, there is plenty of free street parking. Other things to note We require a three night minimum on weekends and two nights on weekdays unless it's a last minute booking. We'll accept one night stays when there's only one night available. Essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap are provided to cover the first few days of all stays. Long term guests will need to replenish these as needed. In the summer months we install a portable AC unit for those rare Seattle days when it gets hot enough to require one. We also disinfect between each stay. Due to the owner's allergies, we are unable to host any animals.
