Renting out a private bedroom in my home. It is a central, colorful apartment on Ila, with a large sunny porch. You will share common areas with me (Miriam. 28) The apartment is located in one of the charming wooden houses right next to Ilaparken. Short way to the city center, swimming opportunities at both Skansen and Ilsvika, hiking opportunities in Bymarka. Approx. 15 min on foot to Trondheim Torg, 20 min to St.Olavs, and 30 min to NTNU. Public transport 5 min walk. The space You will have a private bedroom with a floor area of about 11 sqm. The room is furnished with a 1.20 bed, table and chair. You will have access to the rest of the apartment (with the exception of the second bedroom). You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinet. TV has Chromecast. Otherwise, feel at home. Guest access Access to the apartment is from a secluded backyard, where there is also bicycle parking. The common areas - open living room/kitchen solution, bathroom and large west-facing porch - with sun from approx. 11.00 -20.00 (in summer), you share with only one other person. There will be personal belongings in closets etc. that guests do not have access to. Other things to note We rent out one bedroom (which is usually in use, but we can be flexible on which dates we are in Trondheim). Because of this, some check-in/check-out dates will be unavailable, so please send a request and we can see if there are dates we can work around.
