Located on the 2nd floor of an old building, the apartment offers 50 m² well arranged, perfectly suited for an extended stay, as a couple or family. 🏡 Daily comfort & cocooning atmosphere The stay is pleasant and easy going: comfortable corner sofa 55" smart TV throws and soft lighting for winter evenings The accommodation is well insulated, heated by efficient electric radiators, and remains comfortable all year round — a real plus for stays of several weeks. 🍽️ A real kitchen to live on site The kitchen is complete and functional, suitable for families and long stays: oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes. Please contact us for validation. ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. IS ✧THE ACCOMMODATION FOR SMOKERS? Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). On the other hand, outside, no worries as long as you throw your butts properly in the ashtray. ✧CAN WE HAVE PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT? It is strictly forbidden to party in the apartment and to receive guests. ✧ARE BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, systematically for the number of people for whom you have booked (and no more). ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, garbage emptied, etc.). You may be charged an additional fee if more thorough cleaning is required.
