From the beach to the resort pool, this home has everything you need for the perfect vacation! Whether you're relaxing, exploring, or enjoying the local shops, you're just steps away from it all. Guest access The entire home and the community pool are yours to access!! Booking Individual must sign rental agreement within 2 days of booking. To use the golf cart, all drivers must be at least 16 years of age and all drivers must submit proof of insurance with the signed rental agreement. Other things to note NOTE: Use of the pool is not guaranteed. Occasional closings, maintenance and repairs may need to be done on an occasional basis. NOTE: We are in a quiet coastal community. Quiet hours are from 10p-8am. Noise violations have a $200 penalty. We love our neighbors, and we want them to love you too. Please respect that they live there full time and are sharing part of paradise with you. NOTE: any additional cleaning above and beyond the normal cleaning will be charged at the housekeeper's discretion, and the guest is responsible for charges incurred. NOTE: We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend our guests get travel insurance. Note: We allow up to two dogs. They must be indicated in your reservation. Note: Rental agreement must be signed within 2 days of booking. For the golf cart, only those age 16 and older can drive the golf cart. Proof of insurance for all drivers must be provided with signed rental agreement.
