House with pool in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan

Beautiful wooden architect's house composed of 6 bedrooms and a mezzanine, on a beautiful wooded and flowered plot with swimming pool at the entrance to Vannes: you are in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan! It is a small haven of peace, built on a plot of 1600 m2: a garden area (deckchairs, plancha, soccer goal, large trampoline, ping-pong table), a beautiful swimming pool and a small wood where children can have fun. The south-facing house is very bright overlooking a large shaded terrace. The space The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a bed (1 single bed - 4 double beds - 1 king size bed). Linens and towels are not provided except for the king size bed if needed. Guest access Explanation provided before the start of the stay Other things to note The only remaining availability for 2025: between 07/12 and 08/02. Also the week of 08/16-23. The south-facing house, therefore very bright, includes: - a large living room facing south, overlooking a large terrace. You will enjoy meals with family or friends in the shade of a well-flowered solanum. - a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with an exit to the terrace (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...) - a cellar adjoining the kitchen with washer and dryer - still on the ground floor: 5 bedrooms (1st: 1 very comfortable sofa bed / 2nd: 1 bed 140 / 3rd: 1 single mezzanine bed 90 / 4th: 1 double bed 140 / 5th: 1 double bed 140), 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, the other with a large corner bathtub), 2 toilets. - upstairs: a large bedroom with a king size bed. - above the dining room: a mezzanine (open to the living room) with a library Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful pool that we have just built. It is heated to 27° and its dimensions are 8 m by 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.60 m and equipped with an electric shutter for security. It requires a little maintenance once or twice a week, which consists of cleaning the filter (allow 5-10 minutes each time). At your disposal: we give you access to our board games, books, exercise bike and large gas plancha. Please note: linen is not provided. Geographical location: the countryside in the city, you are within 10 minutes by car from the historic center of Vannes and its pretty port (15-20 minutes by bike). The first beaches, those of Arradon, are also 10 minutes away by car. Within a radius of less than 40 km: - Auray (16 km): its picturesque old streets, its charming little port embellished with the terraces of bars and restaurants. - The Rhuys peninsula (28 km): Sarzeau and its beaches, the Crouesty and its port... - Carnac (29 km): its lively city center, its large beaches, the menhirs... - The Quiberon peninsula (39 km): its many beaches (those dedicated in particular to surfing, kitesurfing, or those less exposed to the winds for relaxation), the lively small town, the wild coast... - Departures for the islands from Vannes, Arradon… (Artz, Île-aux-Moines, Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île…) - Numerous hikes on the coastal trails (GR) Upon arrival, we will leave at your disposal a whole list of restaurants, walks, beaches that are among our favorites.
