Cozy Basement Apartment

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base for PNNL or WSU students. This is a one bedroom fully furnished apartment with many amenities (television, in-suite laundry, season pool, lots of storage). We are close to bus routes, bike paths and the river parks. Full bed, Dresser, Couch, pots, pans, cups...this is a fully furnished apartment. On-street parking. All utilities included. We are open to longer term rentals, let us know what you need! The space There are ducks in the back yard. Sometimes we let them roam out of their pen. Guest access The door to the apartment is on the north east corner of the house. The best place to park is on Davison street near the curb cut. Other things to note We prioritize long-term rentals. If you want a longer term than the current booking window, let us know and we can accommodate. (We've had people stay up to two years.) We will not accept a short-term more than two months in advance.
