Enjoy a stay near Pont du Gard (and a short walk to the charming town of Uzès). Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. We offer a new 112 m2 villa, fully air-conditioned, accommodating up to 8 people, with private pool on a wooded plot equipped with children's games. You will stay in a quiet area, in the charming village of Vers-Pont-du-Gard with all the necessary shops The space 🏡 The house: Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room, a laundry room, a master suite with queen size bed and its own shower room, a separate toilet. Upstairs: a master suite with two 80 beds that can be zipped to form a 160 bed and its shower room, a bedroom with two 80 beds that can also be zipped and a so-called child bedroom with two single bunk beds. These last two bedrooms have a shared shower room. 🌳 Outside: A secure private swimming pool of 6 m x 3.30 m, it can be used from April to October and can be heated (except July and August) to guarantee water at 24°; A large terrace with garden furniture and an enclosed garden with gas BBQ and children's games: swing, slide and cottage. ✅ Understood: Towels, towels and hand towels; Cleaning ☑️ On request: * An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee of 70 euros per vehicle, for use of one to seven days.
