You will also have your own full-sized front-load washer and dryer. The bathroom has a full-sized (5' x 3') shower with a frameless glass door and solid wood vanity. Two x 3' full-height closet with rods and drawers. The kitchen has an open concept with a kitchen island and counter seatings for two. The custom-built bookshelf ladder leads up to the sleeping loft (queen-sized) with windows on both sides. There is a functioning work area with floating shelves and high-speed internet. Comes with Daikin air conditioning and ductless heating. Guest access You have full access to the forested upland and the Willamette river bank is your backyard. Parking lot is gated and you will get a code to get in once confirm. Other things to note The tender house comes fully furnished. Perfect for a solo renter or 2 tenants max. The tenants required renter insurance and an indemnity agreement with the marina. 3 months lease preferred.
