Nestled in the sunny “sunbelt” of the Olympic Peninsula, this beautiful retreat enjoys significantly less rainfall, allowing for ample sunshine and outdoor enjoyment. Professionally designed and decorated, this immaculate space features an inviting open-concept design perfect for families and groups. With two cozy bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the living room, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Home Highlights: - Living Areas: Two adjacent open-concept living rooms. One features a new smart TV, indoor games, and a pull-out sofa, while the other offers a cozy electric fireplace. Both provide fabulous views. - Bedrooms: The master bedroom includes a smart TV and a comfortable reading nook. Please note, the second beautifully appointed bedroom is an interior room and does not have windows. - Chef’s Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We provide a starter supply of coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, popcorn, and snack bars. - Dedicated Workspace: A desk with high-speed internet (over 250 Mbps) is available for your convenience. - Outdoor Living: A lovely new deck furnished with a dining table for six, two premium Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill, and outdoor games. The property includes three dedicated parking spaces right in the driveway. If you are towing a boat or camper, please inquire ahead of time as we may be able to accommodate you. Other things to note The house is located on a bank overlooking the estuary. Everyone must stay on the house side of the fence and children must be monitored.
