Located in New Haven's Morris Cove, this house shows the history of New Haven. The house boasts updated everything: lights, electrical, painting, amd new kitchen. It also has a fireplace, sunroom, and a firepit in the rear yard. The place is tastefully decorated with images of New Haven's historic places and landmarks. It is also decorated with concert bills, events, historical documents, music bands, and memorabilia. Close to Yale, Tweed, Amarantes, Anthony's Ocean View, & Lighthouse park. 3 bedroom house. Two bedrooms have a queen bed in each bedroom. Third bedroom (Star wars themed room) has two twins. 1.5 baths, full, brand new, newly updated kitchen. The basement has a full wash room. The basement also has the Retro Room. Retro room has two gaming chairs, a Nintendo re-release, and an old school Ms. Pacman arcade machine. The room can be lit with a Pacman neon light. All spaces except the mechanical room, storage closet, and attic. Available if needed. Always willing to share design ideas if requested. Quiet, peaceful, great neighborhood for kids and families. Five minutes away from two beach areas (Lighthouse Park and Fort Nathan Hale Park). 10 minutes from Sally's and Pepe’s pizza on Wooster Street. 10 minutes to Yale car, taxi, walking My place has cameras on the outside of the premise. There are no audio or visual surveillance devices within the premise. Also, my house is pet friendly but the guest is wholly responsible for any damages caused by their pet(s). That includes cleaning and/or replacing damaged property. I have had guests not walk their dogs and the dogs urinated on rugs, destroying them. I kindly ask people respect my house as they would their own. Other than that, happy to have furry family members!
