You will have a private 11.5 ft. x 10 ft. bedroom and cozy 12" memory foam mattress, and room full of color to get inspired/learn about FRIDA. Detached private bathroom with most supplies you will need. I live with a cat, so if you are allergic to pet, pet hair, or smell of pets, this is not a listing for you. Feel free to use the Kitchen/Living room and pet the cat. The space Second floor two bedroom apt. You will be in guest room on right. Bathroom on the left. Guest access Bathroom and Kitchen Other things to note The easiest access to apt building is through Industrial Drive. You will see a “Avila Apartment” sign and fire hydrant. Park on street. The building is on right side of the sign. First building, first stairs, 2nd floor, right apartment.
