Come relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories on the beautiful Potomac River. The space We have two parking spaces. Our backyard overlooks the Potomac River and wooden stairs lead you down to the sandy beach. We have 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. The blow-up paddleboard and life vests are in the shed, along with tubes to float on in the summer. Guest access You have the whole house! Other things to note Please be considerate to our neighbors and drive slowly through the neighborhood :) Enjoy occasional visits from the chickens next door. Seasonal Jellyfish Advisory – Summer Months Only From late June through August, jellyfish (mostly harmless moon jellies) can occasionally be found in parts of the Potomac River. This is a natural and seasonal occurrence, and many guests still enjoy the river for kayaking, paddleboarding, or wading. If you plan to swim, we recommend using caution and checking conditions beforehand. Feel free to reach out for tips on the best times and spots to enjoy the water!
