The island breeze and amazing panoramic views will sweep the toughest stress right out to sea! Stress levels are proven to lower once a person crosses over the AB bridge to the Beach. Access Bogue Sound from the front steps and docks or the Ocean Beaches with just a short walk or cart ride. Amazing views of Bogue Sound, AB Bridge and Moonlight Bay are sure to please. Bask in the sun or chill in the shade of the porch, no worries here on Moonlight Bay. Your family will love it ! The space Home offers amazing views of the AB bridge, Bogue Sound, and Moonlight Bay, all while you soak up the cool ocean breeze and sunshine. The space is equipped with everything you and your family may need during your stay, such as a kitchen capable of serving full meals for six people, TV’s in every room with streaming devices, beach towels and even a kayak and paddle board for your pleasure. Two bedrooms upstairs, one King and one Queen served by a small jack-n-jill bath. One bedroom on main level with Queen and full bath adjacent. (a bedroom upstairs is locked and entry should not be attempted as well as the storage room under house). The property is waterfront to Moonlight Bay and you will have friendly neighbors around you, we ask that you be courteous of others privacy. Host owns small (8) mobile home park behind home. Feel free to roam around the front and back yard and enjoy the dock but we ask that you not enter the mobile home park that is located behind the house as well as the neighboring properties. Guest access There is a key lock box located on the door handle of the storage room door on ground level. The code will be sent to you before your check-in time. Please do not lose the keys and return them to the lock box upon check-out. There will be a twenty dollar charge for keys not returned. We ask that you do not park under the house, there will be a yellow chain up upon arrival. The chain can be lowered while you stay but no parking under house please. Reinstall chain upon checkout. Upstairs master bedroom and 2nd floor balcony is locked and will not be available to guests. You may use the floating dock for swimming, paddling, fishing, etc but are not allowed to dock boats on the floating dock for an extended period (inquire for more details). Deck, dock and piers will be shared with neighbors occasionally. We have room to park truck and trailer along side street in grass if you would like to bring your boat. Launch boat at AB public ramp and have helper bring truck around for parking, we ask that you do not use boat ramp on site without first consulting host. If you would like to bring your boat/use boat ramp we need to speak concerning the rules before booking. There is limited parking space at the house so there is a Maximum of 2 cars allowed at house, 1 additional car can be parked in grass along street. Please do not block boat ramp. Other things to note The kayak and BBQ are to be used at your own risk. Life jackets as well as a fire extinguisher will be available for your safety. The dock is not private, neighbors have access to dock. Feel free to bring your boat, kayak/canoe/paddle board/floats/bikes. The fish are biting!!
