Pet friendly The space We are in the heart of Verona, just 10 minutes walk from the historical centre. We offer our guests an incredible opportunity to enjoy the quiet of the hills and visit a charming city rich in history feeling at home. The studio is on the ground floor and features a double bed. The accomodation comes with complete kitchen, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, TV , air conditioning, free internet wifi, linens. Private bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer and complimentary bio toiletries. Access to the room from a corridor shared with other rooms. It is possible to use the washing machine, iron and microwave shared with other guests. No daily cleaning of the rooms, but all necessary is provided and we are always here in case of any need (linen change, waste, breakfast supplies...). - DOGS/CATS: We love pets and we welcome them for free (but please, let us know that you are coming with your dog/cat). We have a lot of guests staying by us with their dogs or cats. Please consider your love for pets before booking, as there are also four sweet resident dogs living here (our dogs are not allowed to the guests' spaces, but you could meet them in the garden). Condition for self check in is to send us a copy af passports of each of the people going to stay with us, home address and e-mail address, so that we can register everyone as per Italian law. PASSPORT/ID: Please note that by Italian Law you are required to present a valid identity card at check-in (identity card, passport, driving license) FOR EACH PERSON over 4 years occupying the room. if you are an unaccompanied minor please contact us to know the documents and authorizations needed to be able to stay overnight.
