While I am away I invite you to please make yourself at home. The space you will enjoy has 3 levels . Level one has the Laundry room and a second Master suite which is rented separately and locked off from your space. Therefore it is important that guest be courteous about noise during quiet hours. The second level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath room, Master bedroom suite with attached bathroom and walk in closet. Third level is a small loft with desk. All of this is only for your private use. The downstairs guest has no access to your space . This is an ideal space for short term work assignments, traveling nurses, etc. Guest access You'll have access to a private entrance, Loft, kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite with master bath, powder room, laundry room. Other things to note I want guests to feel at home and comfortable, therefore I will allow you to control of air conditioning and heating temperatures. Guest will be allowed $350 utility allowance which includes water, electricity and gas, any overages will be paid by the guest.
