Welcome to St Margaret's Loft Apartment! Located in the Heritage Quarter, our bright and spacious apartment is located a stones-throw from Dunfermline Abbey and Palace and the stunning Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries, as well as Pittencrieff Park. Enjoy easy access to everything Dunfermline has to offer and we're only a 10 minute walk to the train station with a direct link to Edinburgh City Centre. Short Term Let Provisional Licence Number: FI 01441 P The space You'll enjoy our large double height open plan living space, modern kitchen, whirlpool bath and a balcony offering far reaching views of the famous forth bridges. You can also enjoy the gym equipment and dedicated office space on the spacious upper landing. Upon entering the front door, there is a private stair leading up to the loft. Off the entry hallway there is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite, a further bedroom with 2 single beds and a large bathroom with whirlpool bath. There is also access to the upper kingsize bedroom from the hallway. There is also utility room with a washer/dryer. You will then reach the bright and spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area where you will likely spend most of your time. There is free high speed wi-fi throughout and a 50" smart tv. The kitchen has an island with stools, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and 5-burner range cooker. Up the stairs is a spacious landing which includes a gym area with stationary bike and rowing machine, and a dedicated office space. There is an additional bedroom with two single beds and a kingsize bedroom with ensuite. The ensuite has a rainfall shower, led mirror and underfloor heating. The bedroom has french doors leading to a balcony area with seating for 4 so you can enjoy the stunning views across Dunfermline and beyond, including the famous Forth Bridges. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe area with hanging space and a place to store suitcases. Guest access Guests may use everything in the loft including games, puzzles, hair dryer, ironing board and gym equipment. Hand soap is provided in all the bathrooms, and in the kitchen you're free to use oils, salt/pepper, tea and sugar. We also supply dishcloths, washing up liquid and other handy items. There are also laundry capsules and fabric softener if you need them. Other things to note There are multiple long stay parking options just steps from the front door. Most are paid parking, but there are a few free spaces near by as well that are occasionally available.
