Evenings feel especially comforting here - a quiet soak in the private hot tub, conversation around the dining table, or a favorite show streaming on the Roku TV as the house grows still. Indoor living Designed for gathering and unwinding, the home offers generous shared spaces balanced with thoughtful separation. The living room centers around a TV with Roku, while the dining table and additional seating create room for meals, games, and lingering conversations. The kitchen provides a full space where you can cook your own meals, and the free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit make extended stays feel seamless. Central air conditioning and heating keep the temperature comfortable year-round, and wifi supports both streaming and staying connected. Sleeping arrangements Six bedrooms accommodate up to 15 guests, offering a flexible setup across 9 beds. A private upstairs apartment includes two bedrooms and its own entrance, giving part of your group a separate place to retreat while remaining connected to the main home. Extra pillows and blankets are available to make everyone comfortable at the end of the day. Bathrooms Three and a half bathrooms help keep mornings and evenings running smoothly. Bathroom essentials are provided, and hot water is readily available for a refreshing start or a relaxing wind-down. Outdoor living Step outside to a private patio or balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill. The private hot tub offers a warm place to unwind during cooler evenings. The pool area - a shared space - features playful elements including a rockslide and splash pad, creating a lively option when you are ready for time outdoors. Family-friendly features Traveling with children is made easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, and an outdoor playground - an outdoor area equipped with play structures for children. The layout allows families to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out. Amenities & practical details A private entrance and smart lock support self check-in, and free parking on premises adds convenience. Home safety features include exterior security cameras on property, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Neighborhood Located in Anaheim, this home places you close to local attractions and entertainment while offering a comfortable setting to return to at the end of the day. It is well suited for families and multi-generational groups seeking space, flexibility, and a balance of shared moments and quiet corners. Beach Gear (upon request and subject to availability) Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. Please note; this is a shared pool with 2 other homes we manage.
