Mornings begin with coffee at the patio table before heading out for a full day at Disneyland just minutes away. Designed for gathering, this Anaheim home gives your group space to reconnect between park adventures. Sleeping arrangements With space for up to 15 guests, the home features six bedrooms and nine beds thoughtfully arranged for flexibility. Two king rooms offer added comfort, while additional queen, full, and twin beds accommodate families and mixed groups with ease. Two of the bedrooms are located in a private upstairs apartment accessed through a separate entrance - ideal for guests who appreciate extra privacy. Three and a half bathrooms make mornings and evenings run smoothly. Outdoor living The backyard centers around a shared pool complete with a rockslide, baja step, and splash pad. After a busy day, slip into the private hot tub to unwind. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture create easy gathering spaces, and the BBQ grill makes relaxed patio meals simple year-round. Kitchen & dining Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare group meals. The dining table and additional seating provide space to gather, while the living area invites you to settle in with a Roku TV and board games. Family-friendly features Traveling with little ones is easier thanks to a pack ’n play, high chair, and a nearby outdoor playground. Beach essentials are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional amenities include wifi, central air conditioning, heating, in-unit washer and dryer, free parking on premises, self check-in with smart lock, and exterior security cameras in the pool area. The home is pet-friendly, making it easy to bring the whole family along. Perfect for large families and group trips, this Anaheim retreat offers comfort, flexibility, and fun just moments from the parks. Beach Gear is available upon request and subject to availability. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. Please note; this is a shared pool with 2 other homes we manage.
