Evenings bring a gentle breeze across the patio where you can settle into the outdoor seating after a full day in Anaheim. With room for your group to gather together or unwind in quieter corners, this home offers a practical and welcoming base for your stay. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 15 guests across six bedrooms and nine beds. Two of the bedrooms are part of a private upstairs apartment accessed through a separate entrance, offering added privacy for part of your group. Inside the remaining bedrooms, you will find two king rooms along with a mix of queen, full, and twin options that provide flexibility for families or larger parties. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, and there is space to unpack and settle in for your stay. Outdoor living The backyard area invites you to pause between adventures. The pool includes features such as a rockslide, baja step, and splash pad, and is shared on a first-come basis with neighbors. A private hot tub offers a comfortable spot to relax at the end of the day. The patio includes outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill, creating a pleasant setting for spending time outdoors. Indoor spaces The living room features a large sofa and a 50-inch LED 4K Smart TV where you can gather for a movie night or a quiet break from the parks. Board games add simple options for shared downtime. In the kitchen, you will find the space and tools you need to prepare meals, supported by the dining table and additional bar seating. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, making longer stays or family travel more convenient. Bathrooms Three and a half bathrooms provide space for groups to get ready comfortably. You will find a combination of a standalone bathtub, walk-in shower, and a shower/tub setup, along with bathroom essentials to start your stay. Family-friendly details Families traveling with young children will appreciate details such as a high chair and a pack n’ play/travel crib. An outdoor playground provides space for children to climb and explore. Comfort & conveniences The home includes central air conditioning and heating, WiFi, and free parking on the premises. Safety features such as exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are provided. Self check-in with a smart lock offers an easy arrival process. Perfect for groups Whether you are planning a family trip to Disneyland, gathering with friends, or traveling with a larger group, this home provides a practical setting with indoor and outdoor areas where you can reconnect, rest, and enjoy time together. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. Please note; this is a shared pool with 2 other homes we manage.
