Just minutes from Disneyland, this Anaheim home gives you space to spread out, reconnect, and settle into a comfortable rhythm together. Whether you’re traveling with extended family or a group of friends, the layout balances shared moments with room for privacy. The home Designed for groups, the house sleeps up to 15 guests across six bedrooms and offers three and a half bathrooms to keep mornings moving smoothly. Two of the bedrooms are located in a private upstairs apartment with its own separate entrance, making it a good option for guests who appreciate a little extra separation while still being part of the same stay. Inside, the living room is set up for downtime with a large sofa, board games, and a Smart TV with Roku for relaxed evenings in. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before heading out to longer meals enjoyed together. A dining table seats eight, with additional bar seating for three, giving the group a central place to gather, eat, and plan. Coffee in the morning and simple dinners at night feel easy here, with enough space to move around without feeling crowded. Outdoor living Step outside to enjoy access to a shared pool area featuring a rockslide, splash pad, and baja step, offering a fun option for guests of all ages. The pool is shared with neighboring homes and available on a first-come basis. After a full day out, you can unwind in the private hot tub or relax on the sun loungers and outdoor seating nearby. A private patio or balcony and BBQ grill add another option for spending time outdoors at your own pace. Sleeping arrangements The six bedrooms offer a flexible mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds to suit different group needs. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and in-unit laundry help make longer stays more comfortable. Storage space in each room allows guests to unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase. Bathrooms and essentials With three and a half bathrooms, the home includes a mix of walk-in showers and bathtub options. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, and features like hot water and hair dryers are provided for convenience. Family-friendly features Traveling with kids is made easier thanks to thoughtful amenities like a pack ’n play, high chair, and access to an outdoor playground nearby. Beach essentials are available upon request, making day trips simple to plan when available. Access and convenience The home offers free parking on the premises, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock. Wifi, central air conditioning, heating, and exterior security cameras on the property support a smooth and comfortable stay. Well suited for families and groups, this Anaheim retreat provides a practical home base close to the area’s top attractions, with space to come together and room to relax when the day is done. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. Please note; this is a shared pool with 2 other homes we manage.
