Evenings bring a welcome chance to slow down - sharing meals, watching a movie together, or soaking in the hot tub as the night settles in. This Anaheim retreat is set up for connection, comfort, and easy group living, just minutes from the magic of Disneyland. The space Designed for larger groups, the home accommodates up to 15 guests across six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The layout balances togetherness with privacy, including a private upstairs apartment with two bedrooms and a separate entrance - ideal for extended family or couples who want a little extra quiet. Throughout the home, you will find comfortable furnishings, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches that make longer stays feel effortless. Indoor living Inside, shared spaces invite you to gather after busy days out. The living room offers a large sofa and a TV with Roku, making it an easy place to unwind with a show or a family movie night. A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to relaxed dinners at home, paired with a dining area that seats eight at the table and three more at the bar. In-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for group trips and family travel. Sleeping arrangements Six bedrooms provide flexible sleeping options, with a mix of king beds and other bed types to suit families and groups. Each room is arranged with comfort in mind, offering space to settle in and rest well between busy days exploring Anaheim and beyond. The upstairs apartment bedrooms offer added separation while still being part of the same booking. Bathrooms With three and a half bathrooms, mornings and evenings stay smooth even with a full house. The bathrooms include a combination of walk-in showers and tub options, along with bathroom essentials and hair dryers for everyday ease. Outdoor areas Outdoor spaces add another layer to the stay. A shared pool area features playful elements like a rockslide and splash pad, while a private hot tub offers a relaxing option year-round. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy time outside when the weather allows, whether it is an afternoon break or a quieter evening. Family-friendly features Traveling with kids is made simpler thanks to family-friendly amenities such as a pack ’n play, high chair, and an outdoor playground area. Location Set in Anaheim, the home serves as a convenient base for theme park days and local outings, with free parking on premises and easy self check-in via smart lock. Perfect for Large families, multi-generational trips, and group getaways looking for space, flexibility, and shared experiences close to Disneyland, with room to relax both together and apart. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Available for Rent - Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment. Max occupancy is 15 guests total including infants (10 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed. Please note; this is a shared pool with 2 other homes we manage.
