Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Palm Desert city ordinance prohibits loud music and unruly parties in residential neighborhoods, and strict occupancy rules are enforced. Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines and eviction without a refund. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
