Studio apartment in house -beautiful garden view-

We welcome you to a getaway at our farm house in Bucks County, PA. The space We moved here beginning of 2022 and have enjoyed renting out this room to travelers from all over the country. I am a stay-at-home mom so this gives me the opportunity to be home while my kids are little. Feel free to write a little about yourself and why you are visiting, we are providing shorter stays but longer stays are available if it works with our schedule. The private room / bathroom is spacious, so we turned it into a studio apartment with a kitchenette, and a little couch area with a TV that pulls out toward the bed as well. The patio entrance which enters the room also enters the shared hallway, but will be yours during your stay. The mattress is queen size and medium-firm. We are located 12 min from I-78, so it’s great for travelers who want a convenient and safe place to stay overnight. We have three kids and during the day it won’t be completely quiet at all times, but we do our best to keep noise at a low level. Guest access The patio, the patio entrance, and work desk area will be yours during your stay. We try to give guests as much privacy as we can, given the entrance opens into our shared hallway as well. During your stay I am a stay-at-home mom, and usually my husband and I are easy to find. We try to give the guests privacy if that’s what you want, but we are also more than happy to engage in conversation or help out with anything. Feel free to say Hello when you come through the entrance 🙂 Other things to note Our old farmhouse is on a quiet road surrounded by nature. In the warmer months there will be bugs outside, and occasionally some indoors. We try to keep this a sustainable Airbnb with a lot of handmade and recycled furniture. We use non-toxic cleaning products and the bedding/sheets are 100% cotton or linen. We eat breakfast between 7-8, and although we try to be quiet you probably won’t be able to sleep in, but until then it’s very peaceful so most likely you’ll have a good nights sleep :)
