Relax in the spacious open plan living space, create a tasty meal in the full kitchen, or enjoy the golf course views as you grill beside the covered private patio. A variety of great restaurants are also just a few minutes away! Ideal for a quiet get-away, visiting local attractions or businesses, or if just passing through. The space The spacious living area is open plan with dining table, sitting area, full kitchen, twin-size day bed with extra twin bed pullout under. The large King bedroom has its own sitting area, wet bar, and vanity sink. The private bathroom has tub with shower. Parking in designated space at end of the driveway (please avoid blocking garages!). Guest access The guest suite is on the lower floor of a large executive home, but has private outdoor access with keypad lock, and is fully self-contained. Owners/hosts live upstairs in the home. [Note: we installed acoustic insulation within the ceiling to help minimize noise transfers]. Please note that the suite is accessed via 13 steps and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.
