The space - On-demand cast iron propane fireplace - Hot tub and back deck (robes provided) - Well-appointed kitchen w/ sous vide and KitchenAid mixer - Sonos throughout house - Record Player connected to Sonos - Covered front porch for outdoor dining and lounging - Professionally laundered and pressed linens - Bedding by Parachute - Wonder Valley and Grown Alchemist bath and body products - Self check-in w/custom code - Dedicated work surface - Excellent WiFi - Motorized projection screen with AppleTV - King bed with en suite bathroom - Insulated soaking tub BEDS The open bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-sized day bed. The day bed can be made up with bedding for a child, or if you and your guest want to sleep separately. We do charge a small additional fee for this, just ask :) At the foot of the bed there is a motorized projection screen which comes out of the ceiling with an AppleTV. The bedroom also features a 10’ long floating desk and a Miele washer/dryer. The bed is made with professionally laundered and pressed Parachute linens, down alternative Parachute bedding, and a premium hybrid mattress by Helix. The bathroom features Wonder Valley and Grown Alchemist body products. KITCHEN The kitchen is well appointed with a full-sized refrigerator and ice-maker, dishwasher, 5-burner propane stove, a KitchenAid Artisan mixer, Joule sous vide, enameled cast iron cookware, a Nespresso machine, Kinto kettle and pour-over setup, Fellow coffee grinder, and an outdoor propane grill. The kitchen is open to the living area, creating a comfortable open space for lounging, cooking, reading, and listening to records. This main room also connects to the covered front porch for easy outdoor dining. CAST IRON PROPANE FIREPLACE We have a freestanding cast iron propane fireplace, which keeps the house toasty without the hassle of kindling and splinters. Please be sure never to place anything on top of it. The fireplace is controlled by a Nest thermostat on the wall. AIR CONDITIONER/ELECTRIC HEAT There is a split-unit air conditioner, which keeps the house nice and cool in the summer. It is controlled by a thermostat next to the bed upstairs. GETTING TO THE HOUSE We are on a paved, dead-end road that gets reliably plowed and is easy to access. The driveway features a Tesla charger as well as a generic 50amp plug for charging other EVs (if not bringing a Tesla, just remember to bring your own vehicle-specific cords and adapters). HOUSE RULES Guests must sign our basic Guest Agreement to confirm their reservation. Once the Guest Agreement is signed you'll receive an email with recommendations as well as the custom door code on the morning of your check-in. Reduced rates are only available for stays over 7 nights and are automatically calculated at checkout. We love animals, but unfortunately for health and safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate them. This unfortunately includes service animals. Only guests listed on your reservation may enter the property. No smoking indoors. The property is not to be used for photography or video for commercial, stock, or sponsored media purposes. Other things to note We do try to stock a lot of pantry items, but occasionally a guest surprises us and clears a lot out at once and we may not have had a chance to fully restock. If you plan on cooking or baking (and we hope you do!) we still recommend bringing the ingredients you need. If you happen to have forgotten something (or became suddenly inspired and decimate the bread flour) please give us a heads up so we know to restock it for the next guests. Thanks so much!
