This boho inspired bungalow is the perfect place to relax with family, friends, or alone. Less than 5 minutes from Lexington Medical Center, and 10 minutes from Downtown Columbia, this West Columbia, (we locals call it WECO,) gem is in the most convenient spot for you to spread out and make yourself at home. You’ll be about 10 minutes from the University of South Carolina, Colonial Life Arena, the Statehouse, Riverbanks Zoo, Williams Brice Stadium, the Vista, and many more local attractions. The space At Chateau WECO, you’ll find everything you need to make yourself right at home. With 2 living rooms, there is space for adults to hang and kids to play. The den has a chest full of toys and Legos, and board games to boot. The Queen and Full beds are soft memory foam that you will not want to leave. There is ample space to play and run around in the back yard, and you can relax by the cozy fire pit after a long day. Guest access The full home, back and front yards are accessible to guests, but the garage is used solely for owner storage. Guest parking is in the large driveway. Other things to note The garage is not available to guests, and the indoor fireplace is only turned on seasonally.
