Forget all worries in this spacious oasis of serenity. The Fattoria dei Castagni is an agritourism in the woods 5 km from Lake Como. The original 1800s stone structure has been recently renovated and houses a total of five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The view of the surrounding woods and the valley will guarantee you tranquility and relaxation. As it is a farmhouse, there are animals on the property, including goats, sheep and chickens. The space The 90-square-meter house was built after renovating a 19th-century stone cottage. The large and bright living area houses the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an LG refrigerator, MIELE washing machine, AEG oven and induction cooktop. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms make up the rest of the house. The first room is a double room, with a king-size bed (180x200), a canopy bed and a private bathroom accessible from the room itself. The second room has two single beds and the bathroom is the same as the one serving the living area. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and independent access. They are not connected to the upper floor from the inside but only through the garden. The house is at the edge of the forest and within a private property of 30,000 square meters, but it also enjoys a reserved space with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Cars can be parked on the property. Guest access The farmhouse is located within a property of about 30,000 square meters, of which 20,000 are woods. Guests are free to walk around as they please, always respecting the animals present. In the woods, it is common to see wild animals such as deer, foxes or squirrels. Other things to note The property is not recommended for those traveling by public transportation, without a car available. The area is not well served by public transport and taxis do not operate nearby. Make sure you reach us by car! The road that goes down to the property is unpaved for about 300 meters.
