ULTRA internet package with 600x35...5g wifi ... cozy fireplace... walking distance to EVERYTHING Astoria has to offer. The space Cloud 254 is a downtown guest suite located in the heart of Astoria ... Street level ... in a commercial building...With its own entrance... Lots of natural light... Very private... Cozy fireplace in the living room area...Great for a work space....(work-cation and stay-cation)... ultra internet commercial package with 600x35...5g wifi ... centrally located in downtown Astoria - walking distance to EVERYTHING -restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, and the Columbia River! Please note there is one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sleeps max of 4. There is a door recently installed between the bedroom and bathroom. 😊 Guest access Guest access... You will have the total space all to yourself ... and if you are salty when you arrive, no worries! Snacks will be waiting for you to nom on... no hangry crabs in my suite! The mini fridge is also stocked with water, sodas, and local brews! Teas & coffee are also available in the space; there are NO COOKING appliances so that you can truly enjoy all the flavors of Astoria! There are eateries across the street in ALL directions with several yummy places within a 3 block radius- some even deliver! The bedroom lights are all connected to the power switch left of the bathroom entrance. There is a white wall heater in the bedroom next to the power strip. Other things to note The suite is located in a commercial building - in the middle of downtown Astoria! ALL buildings downtown consist of small businesses that keep our beautiful town alive. Please note... THIS IS DOWNTOWN. At times there will be emergency vehicles with sirens - there may be delivery, utility, and or sweeper trucks passing by. The host cannot control the noise that takes place outside the unit from time to time - if you are looking for pure serenity and absolutely no noise - you may want to look for a place at in the Artic Sea. PETS - Dogs only! I love all fur babies however due to allergies of my team, I can only allow dogs at this time. Dog(s) must be with you at all times - please do not leave them in the suite unattended. Private paid parking space available! Park your vehicle - flip, flop, and do the crab walk to the various restaurants, coffee shops, stores, breweries and bars! A Keurig is available for your caffeination needs and a minifridge is stocked with water, soda, and local brews! Snacks, the 8th wonder of the world, are also provided ... no hangry crabs in my suite! The space contains a Dyson Air Purification system. All sheets, linens, liners, and covers are sanitized before new guests arrive. Disinfectant wipes and spray is available for guests to use. Pretty please - keep dog(s) with you at all times (do not leave them in the suite unattended) no open flamed-candles, no smoking/vaping in or outside the space, and no groups or parties are permitted.
