The space Newly renovated back yard guest home with everything you need for a short or long term stay with a cozy modern vibe. Downstairs you have a small fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals as well as extra storage for your food. The spacious bathroom includes a luxurious spa-like shower with rainfall and body sprayers. Front load stacked washer & dryer for all your laundering needs. Eat in dining nook to enjoy your meals. A cozy living room with a TV that includes streaming services. Glass doors to the patio brighten up the space with natural light. The couch easily pulls out to a bed to sleep an extra person, or to make an extra cozy spot to binge a show on Netflix. Upstairs you have a comfortable bed and some storage space for clothing on the wall as well as drawers underneath the bed. We also provide professional shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, coffee & tea. Guest access Guest house is in the back yard of a main house with a separate gate entrance. Other things to note Upstairs ceiling is shorter than you’re average ceiling.
