Sol Oasis B - A relaxing sanctuary of enjoyment. 福

Bathroom & game room remodeled Feb 2026 & new heat-pump/Aircon. Clean, classic & pleasant retreat. 10 minutes to Horseshoe Bend, or Antelope Canyon. Grill at sunset & have an outdoor meal before heading in to our 4k surround sound TV, or downstairs for pool/darts. Only 10 minute walk to downtown supermarket/restaurants & the golf course/mesa trail. Fast WIFI , new commercial washer/dryer with TV & games in the den & plenty of boat parking w/ security cameras. Welcome to Sol Oasis. The space The living room is clad with leather couches, glass and slate tables, and my personal artwork/photography, as well as a 4k television with 5.1 surround. The upstairs bathroom has high flow/pressure, and a half bath is downstairs. The kitchen is compact and functional with a nook for additional space. As an additional touch you will find things like ceramic non-stick pans, large glass ware, etc. The outdoor patio is a shared space. We recently laid the pavers, and the rear fence is not mine, unfortunately. They two sides are separated loosely by a white fence, but the space could easily be shared if you were to rent both sides at once. The basement is modified into a gameroom/den, and has a new commercial laundry unit. Upstairs, you'll find the comforts of beds that you'll perhaps never want to get out of, and plenty of functional space like a wooden desk for working/researching, and plenty of storage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire side of the "B" unit except for a locked closet door in the basement where cleaning supplies are kept. Per the new AirBnB policy, although you'll enjoy private enjoyment during your stay, the basement is considered "common" space in the event that our cleaning staff needs to access supplies for your stay. Other things to note Sol Oasis means "Oasis of Sunshine" or of the sun. The sun is nearly always shining brightly here (remember sunglasses and sunscreen). The garden is all freshly installed in the front (as well as all the landscaping). I've carefully selected and planted these desert plants to support my belief in zero-scape, and to support our planet by installing mostly native fauna which requires less water than a grass lawn. I hope you'll take a moment to take a look at the plants and perhaps try to identify them (don't touch the cactus). Also, please respect that water in the desert is a precious resource. Use water sparingly, but don't feel shy to sprinkle a little water on my desert plants when it's hot, I'm sure they'd be grateful. Extra linens can be provided for longer stays at a cost of $15. Please message us for this accommodation. In addition, if you'd like cleaning to occur midweek during a longer stay, we can have our staff come by for the typical cleaning fee ($85). Although we allow (7) there are really only (2) queen beds, and two bunk beds. The seventh person allowed would need to sleep on a bunk, an air mattress they provided themselves, or a couch. Any more than (7) people requires an additional charge.
